i here so many good thing and seen alot of good results but just want to know if its safe
Yes and no. You need shea butter that is unrefined, which will be dark yellow, rather than white. It has been shown to help with all kinds of skin conditions. If you want to take it to the next level get a shea butter mix that adds vitamins and minerals, like vitamin E, which helps with skin restoration also.
As far as being safe unrefined shea butter is natural, and can be eaten in its raw form. So its very safe!
